Terms and Conditions

are listed below the terms and conditions governing the requests of customers, except as otherwise indicated and/or agreed during the booking effective. The management reserves the right to modify the conditions for the new requests without notice.

Booking conditions

• The request of availability not binding and assume form of contract for none of the subjects.
• In case of actual availability will be sent a communication to the customer containing a summary of the conditions for the stay requested (dates of stay and amounts) to confirm within 48 hours. Non-confirmation within the deadlines required will imply the annulment of the request.
• The contract will be perfected by the payment of a deposit or through the sending of the data of the credit card provided as a guarantee.

Confirmation of the booking through advance

The reservation will be confirmed only at the time of receipt of the advance which must be completed not later than 4 days of the Booking date.

Terms of payment of the advance and penalties:

• Mode of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order, Credit card
• amount requested: 30%
• Deadline for the payment of the advance payment: 4 day/s
• Days of advance notice (compared to the date of arrival): 10 day/s
• Penalties in case of late cancellation or non-arrival: 100% of the deposit paid

In case of confirmation of the reservation by credit card, the customer authorises the charge of the amount of the advance at the time of sending their data.

Confirmation of the reservation by Credit Card Guarantee

No amount of money will be taken therefore advance and the stay will be paid in Hotel, except in case it is necessary to apply penalties for late cancellation or no show.

Terms of communication of data of the credit card and penalties:

• Deadline for the communication of infomation of the credit card: day/s
• Days of advance notice (compared to the date of arrival): day/s
• Penalties in case of late cancellation or non-arrival: 50%

Other information concerning your reservation

• The management reserves the right to call the balance paid in advance of the stay upon arrival of the customer or advances weekly.
• In case of early departure will be required the full amount of the stay.
• Although not specifically mentioned, the reservation is governed by "Decree C. C. I. A. A. n.364 of 07-11-1976" of the Province of Lucca in the Regulation "uses in the hotel sector".
