The restaurant

The flavours of the land and sea of Versilia and of the Garfagnana, drawn up in recipes that range from regional to those international, to meet tastes and habits of customers that descends in the hotel in Forte dei Marmi, are the protagonists of the kitchen of the restaurant of Hotel Pigalle.

Courses, and dishes are accompanied by excellent wines of the cellar, which contains a selection of wines territorial incursions with regional and international labels.

As the common areas of the hotel, the restaurant is elegant, and combines refinement and cordiality. The guests vegetarians and with special dietary needs, are in the menu foods more suited to eating habits.
